XBRL Services

Background

All Singapore-registered companies are legally obligated to hold Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and file Annual Returns (ARs) with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA).

Newly incorporated companies must convene their first AGM within 18 months of incorporation. Subsequently, AGMs must be held annually, with a maximum interval of 15 months between meetings.

Companies are required to file their Annual Return, along with XBRL filings (where applicable), within 30 days of holding their AGM.
